CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents
2. Clean any stain on the upholstery immediately with a faux leather cleaner, then dry it with a cotton pad or cloth (the sooner you act, the better the chance of removing the stain completely)
3. Clean gold chrome parts only with a soft, damp cloth (with a little mild detergent if necessary), then dry them with a dry cloth

That is why we offer both compact models and larger, more comfortable ones that are also ideal for plus-size clients – from simple, functional designs to chairs that create a WOW effect at first sight.
The lead time is approx. 4–6 weeks – during this time we will make the furniture you have designed, which we hope will not only make your daily work easier but also become part of your own brand.

Transparent shipping costs
The shipping and packaging charge is calculated automatically when you place your order – it depends on the weight and dimensions of the products.
Combine products in a single order to optimise costs and avoid paying for an additional delivery.
Each order is processed separately (shipments from different orders cannot be combined).
Secure packaging
Your furniture reaches you carefully protected against damage, packed on pallets in sturdy, made-to-fit cardboard boxes or transport crates. Whatever the size of the shipment – from a single parcel to a container – we use proven, trusted courier and freight companies.
Shipment tracking
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with a tracking link. You can also find the tracking number under “My orders” in your account.
Personal collection and own courier
Would you rather collect the furniture yourself? Choose “Collection from warehouse” or “Own courier” at checkout. Our sales team will contact you to arrange a possible collection date for the products you have chosen.
Receipt and inspection
Check the condition of the furniture on delivery – make sure the packaging is undamaged and the furniture has no visible defects.
If in doubt, raise a complaint with the courier before accepting the shipment.
If you are unable to report the damage to the courier, contact our complaints department immediately at reklamacje@ayala.com.pl
Take care when unpacking the furniture – use tools carefully so as not to cut the upholstery or scratch other surfaces. Furniture packed in crates must always be opened from the top, removing the individual side panels one by one.
Use our styling chairs, backwashes and other furniture only for the purpose for which they were designed.
Do not subject them to loads exceeding the manufacturer's recommendations.
2. Operating the hydraulic pump
Raising the seat – press the lever with your foot, but do not push it all the way down (otherwise the seat will lower). Repeat several times until the required height is reached.
Lowering the seat – hold the lever fully down.
Pump lock – to prevent the seat from lowering by itself once the height has been set, lift the lever with your foot as far as it will go – this applies the brake on the pump.
Releasing the lock – to release the brake, press the lever briefly.
Note: Applying the brake is essential – when pumping, the pump builds up high pressure, which must be held to prevent damage and ensure the longest possible service life.
3. Adjusting the backrest and headrest
Backrest – release the gas lift lock using the lever and hold the lever throughout the adjustment. At the same time, the person seated in the chair should press back against the backrest until the required position is reached. To return to the upright position, pull the lever again – the backrest will automatically return to its original angle.
Headrest (on styling chairs) – loosen both knobs, set the headrest to the required height by hand, then tighten the knobs again.
Headrest (on barber chairs) – press and hold the locking button during adjustment, then set the height; do not use excessive force, so as not to damage the mechanism.
4. Using footrests
Footrests are intended only to support the legs during treatment.
Do not stand, jump or kneel on the footrest – this may damage the mechanism.
5. Protection against moisture and damage
Avoid prolonged exposure of wooden and wood-based parts to moisture.
Make sure the room is well ventilated – excess steam can cause wood and wood-based parts to swell and coatings to discolour.
Do not allow the furniture to come into contact with sharp objects.
6. Cleaning and maintenance
Use only mild cleaning agents, in accordance with their intended use.
Do not use rough sponges, abrasive agents or strong detergents – they can damage the outer finish of the furniture.
After each cleaning, wipe the surfaces drywith a soft cloth.
7. Heat and chemical safety
Do not place hot tools (straighteners, hairdryers) directly on furniture surfaces.
Avoid permanent stains – clean up spills immediately to prevent discolouration.
Following these rules will ensure comfortable use and a long service life for your AYALA furniture.
14-day right of return You have 14 days from the date you receive the goods to request a return – without giving a reason.
Return conditions
You may only return goods that are unused, in their original packaging and with their labels intact.
You may only return goods from our stock range: AYALA 48H or Super Salon.
We do not accept returns of CUSTOM goods (made to order)(i.e. personalised goods), sale goods, goods from the outlet category or gift cards.
Include proof of purchase with your return – a receipt or an invoice.

The cost of return shipping is borne by you as the buyer.

If you are unable to arrange collection of the goods yourself, write to us – we can collect the goods for a fee in line with our current delivery price list.
Refunds Once a return has been received, it undergoes another quality check: we inspect the condition of the returned furniture in every case. A return is accepted if the furniture is in brand-new condition and shows no signs of use (all components still have their factory protective films, and all parts and mounting screws are complete). If we find any irregularities, we will contact you.
We refund the money using the original payment method within 10 working days (depending on your bank, this may take a few days longer). If you have not received your refund within 15 working days, please contact us.
Defects and complaints Check the products immediately after receipt. If there is any damage or discrepancy, write to us at reklamacje@ayala.com.pl. For transport damage, see the Delivery section.
Exchanges The quickest way to exchange a product is to return it in accordance with the rules above and place a new order. If you have any questions, please contact us.
EU law Customers in the EU additionally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, subject to the same rules on the condition of the goods.
