Shipping policy
DELIVERY FULFILLMENT
AYALA S.A. organizes delivery of ordered products as quickly as possible.
- Paid delivery to the wholesaler’s headquarters or to an address indicated within Poland.
- AYALA S.A. does not provide furniture carry-in service.
- AYALA S.A. strives to achieve 100% on-time deliveries, except for circumstances beyond its control (weather conditions, traffic, etc.).
- In cases of force majeure or a breakdown, the delivery date may change.
- Delivery fulfillment requires vehicle access; the carrier may refuse access if there is a risk of damage.
- The Buyer is obliged to accept the delivery and confirm the condition of the shipment on the transport document.
- If the shipment is damaged during courier delivery, a damage report must be prepared; if this is not possible, it must be reported to DOK immediately.
