Transparent shipping costs
The shipping and packaging charge is calculated automatically when you place your order – it depends on the weight and dimensions of the products.
Combine products in a single order to optimise costs and avoid charges for an additional shipment.
Each order placed is processed separately (shipments from different orders cannot be combined).
Safe packaging
Your furniture reaches you carefully protected against damage, packed on pallets in sturdy, made-to-fit cardboard boxes or transport crates.
Whatever the size of the shipment – from a single parcel to a container – we use proven, trusted courier and freight forwarding companies.
Shipment tracking
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with a tracking link. You can also find the tracking number under “My orders” in your account.
Personal collection and your own courier
Would you prefer to collect the furniture yourself? Choose “Collection from warehouse” or “Own courier” at checkout. Our sales team will contact you to arrange a possible collection date for the products you have selected.
Receipt and inspection
Check the condition of the furniture on delivery – make sure the packaging is undamaged and the furniture has no visible defects.
If in doubt, report a complaint to the courier before accepting the shipment.
If you are unable to report the damage to the courier, contact our complaints department immediately at reklamacje@ayala.com.pl
Take care when unpacking the furniture – use tools carefully so as not to cut the upholstery or scratch other surfaces.
Furniture packed in crates must always be opened from the top, removing the side panels one by one.
Use our chairs, backwashes and other furniture only for the purpose for which they were designed.
Do not subject them to loads exceeding the manufacturer's recommendations.
2. Operating the hydraulic pump
Raising the seat – press the lever with your foot, but do not push it all the way down (otherwise the seat will lower). Repeat several times until the required height is reached.
Lowering the seat – hold the lever fully down.
Pump lock – to prevent the seat from lowering by itself once the height is set, lift the lever with your foot as far as it will go – this applies the brake on the pump.
Releasing the lock – to release the brake, press the lever briefly.
Note: Applying the brake is essential – during pumping, the pump builds up high pressure, which must be held to avoid damage and to ensure the longest possible service life.
3. Adjusting the backrest and headrest
Backrest – release the gas lift lock using the lever and hold the lever throughout the adjustment. At the same time, the person sitting in the chair should press their back against the backrest until the required position is reached. To return to the upright position, pull the lever again – the backrest will automatically return to its starting angle.
Headrest (on barber chairs) – press and hold the locking button while adjusting, then set the height; do not use excessive force, so as not to damage the mechanism.
4. Using the footrests
They are intended only to support the legs during a service.
Do not stand, jump or kneel on the footrest – this may damage the mechanism.
5. Protection against moisture and damage
Avoid prolonged exposure of wooden and wood-based parts to moisture.
Make sure the room is well ventilated – excess steam can cause wood and wood-based parts to swell and coatings to discolour.
Do not let the furniture come into contact with sharp objects.
6. Cleaning and maintenance
Use only mild cleaning agents, as intended.
Do not use rough sponges, abrasive products or strong detergents – they can damage the outer coating of the furniture.
After each cleaning, wipe the surfaces drywith a soft cloth.
7. Heat and chemical safety
Do not place hot tools (straighteners, hairdryers) directly on furniture surfaces.
Avoid permanent stains – clean up spills immediately to prevent discolouration.
Following these guidelines will ensure comfortable use and a long service life for your AYALA furniture.
14-day right of return You have 14 days from the date you receive the goods to request a return – without giving a reason.
Return conditions
You may only return goods that are unused, in their original packaging with the labels intact.
You may only return goods from our in-stock range: AYALA 48H or Super Salon.
We do not accept returns of CUSTOM goods (made to order)– i.e. personalised products – or of sale items, outlet items and gift cards.
Include proof of purchase – a receipt or an invoice – with your return.

You, as the buyer, cover the cost of return shipping.

If you are unable to arrange collection of the goods yourself, write to us – we can collect the goods for a fee in line with our current delivery price list.
Refunds Once a return has been received, it undergoes another quality inspection – we check the condition of the returned furniture every time. A return is accepted if the returned furniture is in brand-new condition and shows no signs of use (all components still have their factory protective films, and the full set of parts and assembly screws is included). If we find any irregularities, we will contact you.
We refund the money using the original payment method within 10 working days (depending on your bank, the process may take a few days longer). If you have not received your refund within 15 working days, please contact us.
Defects and complaints Check the products as soon as you receive them. In the event of damage or discrepancies, write to us at reklamacje@ayala.com.pl. For transport damage, see the Delivery section.
Exchanges The quickest way to exchange a product is to return it in accordance with the rules above and place a new order. If you have any questions, please contact us.
EU law Customers in the EU additionally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, subject to the same rules regarding the condition of the goods.
