Shipping and packaging charges are calculated automatically when you place your order – they depend on the weight and dimensions of the products.
Combine products in one order to optimise costs and avoid paying for a separate delivery.
Each order is handled separately (shipments from different orders cannot be combined).
Secure packaging
Your furniture reaches you in sturdy, made-to-fit cartons and on pallets, carefully protected against damage. Whatever the size of the shipment – from a single parcel to a container – we use trusted courier and freight companies.
Shipment tracking
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail from us with a tracking link. You can also find the tracking number under “My orders” in your account.
Collection in person and own courier
Prefer to collect your furniture yourself? Choose “Collection from warehouse” or “Own courier” at checkout. You decide how your AYALA products reach you as quickly and conveniently as possible.

Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 working days (your bank may need additional time). If you have not received your refund within 15 working days, please contact us.
Exceptions We do not accept returns of CUSTOM goods (made to order, personalised), discounted items from the outlet category or gift cards.
Defects and complaints Check the products as soon as you receive them. In the event of damage or discrepancies, email us at ayala@ayala.com.pl.
Exchanges The quickest way to exchange a product is to return it in accordance with the rules above and place a new order.
EU law Customers in the EU also have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, subject to the same requirements regarding the condition of the goods.
