PIAFF is a waiting room seat in the form of a long pouffe. Its simple, geometric shape creates a light feel, while the subtle quilting on the seat and decorative piping make it look exceptionally elegant in the waiting area.
The sofa has no armrests or backrest, making it an ideal solution for spaces where customers have a moment to "sit down." Its shape makes it stylistically versatile and works well with both subdued and vibrant colors.
The sofa is mounted on furniture legs, making it much easier to keep the waiting room clean. The legs are available only in a satin silver finish.

CARE:

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a special tracking link. You can also find the tracking number in the "My Orders" tab in your account.
Personal collection and own courier
Prefer to pick up your furniture yourself? Select the "Collection from warehouse" or "Own courier" option when finalizing your order. You decide how quickly and conveniently AYALA products will reach you.
14-day return policy You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to report a return – without giving a reason.

Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may need additional time). If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
Exceptions We do not accept returns of custom -made (personalized) goods, discounted items from the outlet category or gift cards.
Defects and complaints Check the products immediately upon receipt. In case of damage or discrepancies, write to us at ayala@ayala.com.pl .
Exchanges The quickest way to exchange a product is to return it according to the rules above and place a new order.
EU law EU customers also have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, under the same conditions regarding the condition of the goods.
