We use a Bianco Carrara finish as standard, but if you're considering a different shade of stone, please contact us before ordering – we may be able to suggest an alternative finish (for an additional fee).

Personal collection and own courier
Prefer to collect your furniture yourself? Select "Collection from warehouse" or "Own courier" during checkout. Our sales representatives will contact you to arrange a possible pickup date for your selected items.

How to initiate a return
Refunds
Once a return is accepted, it undergoes another quality control check. We always check the condition of the returned furniture. A return will be considered valid if the furniture is in brand new condition and shows no signs of wear (individual components have all factory protective films, and a full set of parts and mounting screws are included). We will contact you if any irregularities are found.
We will refund your original payment method within 10 business days (depending on your bank, this process may take a few days). If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.
Defects and complaints
Inspect the products immediately upon receipt. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, please contact us at reklamacje@ayala.com.pl . For shipping damage, see the Delivery section.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange a product is to return it according to the above guidelines and place a new order. If you have any questions, please contact us.
