A toddler's first visit to the hairdresser is like a visit to the dentist - bad memories can cause years of trauma, which is something neither a parent nor a hairdresser wants.

To make this difficult task easier, we are meeting your needs by creating a series of furniture dedicated to children.

The DZIECIAK model provides comfort and safety for the youngest clients during haircuts. Height adjustment using a high gas pump facilitates work for children of varying heights, while a stable, silver five-star base holds the chair securely in place. The stool is available with a handlebar frame and integrated footrest.

The upholstered seat allows you to match the furniture to the color scheme of your living room. Alternatively, you can go a little wild (which we sincerely encourage) and create a colorful space for your little one by choosing from one of the many upholstery colors available in our selection.

Personal collection and own courier

Prefer to collect your furniture yourself? Select "Collection from warehouse" or "Own courier" during checkout. Our sales representatives will contact you to arrange a possible pickup date for your selected items.

Receipt and inspection

  • Check the condition of the furniture upon delivery – make sure the packaging is not damaged and the furniture has no visible defects.
  • If in doubt, submit a complaint to the courier before accepting the shipment.
  • If you are unable to report damage to the courier, please contact our complaints department immediately - reklamacje@ayala.com.pl
  • Be careful when unpacking furniture – use tools carefully to avoid cutting the upholstery or scratching other surfaces.
    Furniture packed in boxes should always be opened from the top, dismantling individual walls one by one.

1. Use as intended

  • Use our armchairs, washers and other furniture only for the purpose for which they were designed.
  • Avoid exposing them to loads beyond the manufacturer's recommendations.

2. Hydraulic pump operation

  1. Raising the seat – press the lever with your foot, but do not press it all the way down (otherwise the seat will drop). Repeat this process several times until the desired height is achieved.
  2. Lowering the seat – hold the lever in the lowest position.
  3. Pump lock – to prevent the seat from falling down automatically after adjusting the height, lift the lever with your foot as far as possible – this sets the brake on the pump.
  4. Lock release – to release the brake, briefly press the lever.

Note: Applying the brake is crucial – the pump reaches high pressure when inflating, which must be stopped to avoid damage and ensure its longest possible service life.

3. Backrest and headrest adjustment

  • Backrest – release the actuator lock using the lever and hold it throughout the adjustment. At the same time, the person sitting in the chair should press their back against the backrest until the desired position is achieved. To return to the sitting position, pull the lever again – the backrest will automatically adjust to the initial angle.
  • Headrest (in hairdressing chairs) – unscrew both knobs, manually adjust the headrest to the required height, and then tighten them.
  • Headrest (in barber chairs) – press the lock button and hold it while adjusting, then set the height; do not use excessive force to avoid damaging the mechanism.

4. Using the footrests

  • They are only used to support the legs during the procedure.
  • Do not stand, jump or kneel on the footrest - this may damage the mechanism.

5. Protection against moisture and damage

  • Avoid prolonged exposure of wooden and wood-based elements to moisture.
  • Ensure good ventilation of the room – excess steam can cause swelling of wood and wood-based elements and discoloration of coatings.
  • Do not allow furniture to come into contact with sharp objects.

6. Cleaning and maintenance

  • Use only mild cleaning agents for their intended purpose.
  • Do not use rough sponges, abrasives or strong detergents – they may damage the outer coating of the furniture.
  • After each cleaning , wipe the surfaces dry with a soft cloth .

7. Thermal and chemical safety

  • Do not place hot tools (straighteners, hairdryers) directly on furniture surfaces.
  • Avoid permanent stains – clean up spills immediately to prevent discoloration.

AYALA SA Returns Policy

14-day return policy
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to request a return – without giving a reason.

Returns Policy

  1. You can only return unused goods, in their original packaging with all labels intact.
  2. You can only return goods from the Ayala 48H or Super Salon warehouse offer .
  3. We do not accept returns of custom-made goods. i.e. personalized , sale, outlet and gift cards.
  4. Please include proof of purchase with your return - receipt or invoice.

How to initiate a return

    You will receive further instructions from us.
  2. Return shipping costs are borne by you as the buyer.

  4. If you are unable to arrange the collection of the goods yourself, please contact us - we can collect the goods for a fee in accordance with the current delivery price list.

Refunds
Once a return is accepted, it undergoes another quality control check. We always check the condition of the returned furniture. A return will be considered valid if the furniture is in brand new condition and shows no signs of wear (individual components have all factory protective films, and a full set of parts and mounting screws are included). We will contact you if any irregularities are found.

We will refund your original payment method within 10 business days (depending on your bank, this process may take a few days). If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.

Defects and complaints
Inspect the products immediately upon receipt. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, please contact us at reklamacje@ayala.com.pl . For shipping damage, see the Delivery section.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange a product is to return it according to the above guidelines and place a new order. If you have any questions, please contact us.

EU law
EU customers also have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, under the same conditions regarding the condition of the goods.
