Products available from our warehouse marked as Express 48H or Super Salon are shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment.
Delivery of custom-made (personalized) furniture
For custom-made furniture, we will inform you when the products are ready for shipment.
Transparent transport costs
- The shipping and packaging fee is calculated automatically when placing the order – it depends on the weight and dimensions of the products.
- Combine products in one order to optimize costs and avoid additional shipping fees.
- We process each order separately (it is not possible to combine shipments from different orders).
Safe packaging
Your furniture arrives to you carefully protected against damage, packed on pallets in sturdy, fitted boxes or transport crates.
Regardless of the size of the shipment – from a single package to a container – we use proven and trusted courier and forwarding companies.
Tracking your shipment
Once your package ships, you'll receive an email from us with a tracking link. You'll also find your tracking number in the "My Orders" section of your account.
Personal collection and own courier
Prefer to collect your furniture yourself? Select "Collection from warehouse" or "Own courier" during checkout. Our sales representatives will contact you to arrange a possible pickup date for your selected items.
Receipt and inspection
- Check the condition of the furniture upon delivery – make sure the packaging is not damaged and the furniture has no visible defects.
- If in doubt, submit a complaint to the courier before accepting the shipment.
- If you are unable to report damage to the courier, please contact our complaints department immediately - reklamacje@ayala.com.pl
- Be careful when unpacking furniture – use tools carefully to avoid cutting the upholstery or scratching other surfaces.
Furniture packed in boxes should always be opened from the top, dismantling individual walls one by one.

1. Receipt and inspection
- Check the condition of the furniture upon delivery – make sure the packaging is not damaged and the furniture has no visible defects.
- If in doubt, submit a complaint to the courier before accepting the shipment.
2. Intended use
- Only use chairs, car washes and furniture for the purpose for which they were designed.
- Avoid exposing them to loads exceeding the manufacturer's recommendations.
3. Hydraulic pump operation
- Raising the seat – press the pedal, but do not press it all the way down (otherwise the seat will drop).
- Lowering the seat – hold the pedal in the fully down position.
- Pump Lock – Once the height is set, lift the brake lever to prevent the seat from dropping on its own.
- To release the lock , briefly press the lever.
Note: Applying the brake is crucial - the pump reaches maximum pressure when inflating, which must be stopped to avoid damage.
4. Backrest and headrest adjustment (barber chairs)
- Backrest – release the actuator lock using the lever, then gently adjust the desired position.
- Headrest – press the lock button and then adjust the height; do not use excessive force to avoid blocking the mechanism.
5. Using the footrests
- They are used solely to support the legs during the procedure.
- Do not stand, jump or kneel on the footrest - this may damage the mechanism.
6. Protection against moisture and damage
- Avoid prolonged exposure of wooden and laminated elements to moisture.
- Ensure good ventilation of the room – excess steam may cause the boards to swell and discolour the coatings.
- Do not allow furniture to come into contact with sharp objects.
7. Cleaning and maintenance
- Wipe dry with a soft cloth or tissue paper after each use.
- Use only mild cleaning agents for their intended purpose.
- Avoid rough sponges and strong detergents – they can destroy the protective coating.
8. Thermal and chemical safety
- Do not place hot tools (straighteners, hair dryers) directly on furniture surfaces.
- Avoid permanent stains – clean up spills immediately to prevent discoloration.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may need additional time). If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us. - Exceptions

The quickest way to exchange a product is to return it according to the rules above and place a new order. - EU law
