The reception desk is a preview of the atmosphere in your salon. Its purpose is to welcome customers and facilitate initial contact.

When choosing, it is worth considering primarily the selection of furniture for the available space, but since it is responsible for the first impression, it is very important to match it with the atmosphere inside the living room.

Order processing time is approximately 4–6 weeks.

Products available from our warehouse marked as Express 48H or Super Salon are shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment.

Delivery of custom-made (personalized) furniture

For custom-made furniture, we will inform you when the products are ready for shipment.

  • The shipping and packaging fee is calculated automatically when placing the order – it depends on the weight and dimensions of the products.
  • Combine products in one order to optimize costs and avoid additional shipping fees.
  • We process each order separately (it is not possible to combine shipments from different orders).

Your furniture arrives to you carefully protected against damage, packed on pallets in sturdy, fitted boxes or transport crates.
Regardless of the size of the shipment – ​​from a single package to a container – we use proven and trusted courier and forwarding companies.

Tracking your shipment

Once your package ships, you'll receive an email from us with a tracking link. You'll also find your tracking number in the "My Orders" section of your account.

Personal collection and own courier

Prefer to collect your furniture yourself? Select "Collection from warehouse" or "Own courier" during checkout. Our sales representatives will contact you to arrange a possible pickup date for your selected items.

Receipt and inspection

  • Check the condition of the furniture upon delivery – make sure the packaging is not damaged and the furniture has no visible defects.
  • If in doubt, submit a complaint to the courier before accepting the shipment.
  • If you are unable to report damage to the courier, please contact our complaints department immediately - reklamacje@ayala.com.pl
  • Be careful when unpacking furniture – use tools carefully to avoid cutting the upholstery or scratching other surfaces.
    Furniture packed in boxes should always be opened from the top, dismantling individual walls one by one.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to request a return – without giving a reason.

Returns Policy

  1. You can only return unused goods, in their original packaging with all labels intact.
  2. You can only return goods from the Ayala 48H or Super Salon warehouse offer .
  3. We do not accept returns of custom-made goods. i.e. personalized , sale, outlet and gift cards.
  4. Please include proof of purchase with your return - receipt or invoice.

How to initiate a return

  1. On the order tab, press Return products or write to us at: ayala@ayala.com.pl
    You will receive further instructions from us.
  2. Return shipping costs are borne by you as the buyer.
  3. Send the package to the following address:

  4. If you are unable to arrange the collection of the goods yourself, please contact us - we can collect the goods for a fee in accordance with the current delivery price list.

Refunds
Once a return is accepted, it undergoes another quality control check. We always check the condition of the returned furniture. A return will be considered valid if the furniture is in brand new condition and shows no signs of wear (individual components have all factory protective films, and a full set of parts and mounting screws are included). We will contact you if any irregularities are found.

We will refund your original payment method within 10 business days (depending on your bank, this process may take a few days). If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.

Defects and complaints
Inspect the products immediately upon receipt. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, please contact us at reklamacje@ayala.com.pl . For shipping damage, see the Delivery section.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange a product is to return it according to the above guidelines and place a new order. If you have any questions, please contact us.

EU law
EU customers also have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, under the same conditions regarding the condition of the goods.
